On September 26 and 27 in Reykjavík, Iceland, a TPM meeting was held for all partner organizations that working together in the Erasmus + project, Commonline. At the meeting was discussed about the achievements/changes in those countries where peer evaluations took place, the effect peer evaluation report provided by us, after the visits of educational institutions/adult education centers/secondary schools, etc.
The group reflected on lessons learned from the project so far on both the organizational level and as well as for the consortium. Answering the questions:
On the level of your own organization:
- What have you already get out from this project?
- What have you done with it so far?
- To whom have told about this project?
On the level of this consortium
- What has this project done for us as a group?
- Are there expectations that have not been fulfilled to date in this project?
Each country presented midterm evaluation report for the progress realized in their countries.
The obligations of all partner organizations were discussed, references were made to what has been achieved so far and suggestions were given on which segments should be worked on more intensively.
This was followed by an analysis of the evaluation methodology, for which each participating country equally gave their own comments appropriate to their experience so far. Further peer evaluations will follow in Scotland and Belgium to culminate in a final training in Spain, where tools will be provided in order to improve online teaching.
