On our second meeting in Prilep we had a goal to suggest and then develop tools that will help us work with adults with disabilities. Each one of the partners in the project had to suggest a few tools/methods for worth with adults with disabilities, in order to enhance their active citizenship. These tools are meant for the assistants that work with them.
On our second meeting in Prilep:
- Each of the partners demonstrated or presented a few different methods for work with adults with disabilities so they can be actively included in the society;
- Each of these methods was further discussed and we all had out fair share of modification or improvements one of the methods may need;
- We made a first draft version of the guideline who will help the assistants to work with adults with disabilities;
- We agreed on the next steps until out meeting in Germany: presenting the tools to few of the assistants, implementing them on adults with disabilities, evaluating the methods.
