The goal of out meeting in Germany was to look over the activities of all of the countries. In the previous two months, each of the partnering countries came up with three selected tools which were selected with the help of people who work with adults with disabilities. Throughout meeting, we evaluated the methods, we gave out impute and gave suggestions for their improvement. Afterwards, in the next few days, along with the suggestions, these methods were talked about and would further be modified until our next meeting in Zagreb.
Throughout out stay in Germany, we had other interesting events and meeting from which we learned a lot from:
- We visited the large center that cares for adults with disabilities, where we also visited the museum for care for people with epilepsy; https://www.bethel.eu/home.html
- The WirkBe tool was presented by it’s creators and we had a conversation about how people with disabilities use it;
- We had dinner at an inclusive restaurant where we learned how the center works;
- We visited Einschlingen education center and we learn how it works; (https://www.einschlingen.de/)
- We met representatives of the Political Circle Table group, as a successful toll and method for active involvement for adults with disabilities.
